 How strong is your faith? The answer to that question determines most of your decisions in life. Why? Because often times God talks to you and yet you ignore him more times than you can count. He talks to you through your enemies (testing you), through strangers, and even people that know you more than you give them credit for. He will send your enemy to help you and yet you still ignore him. So see, your faith isn't as strong as you portray it to be. You say you love him, but you only love him when it benefits you. You say you know him, but in actuality you don't.

  It's mind boggling how so many people are willing to dial back their inner growth in order to fit in with people they care about. It's as if they are ashamed to reveal the inner growth within them. Why? Growth is nothing to be ashamed of, so stop hiding it. It's perfectly fine to outgrow people, because it shows maturity and a willingness to change, the Lord loves that whether you know it or not. It doesn't mean you have to distance yourself from a person, they'll do that anyway once they see the growth within you.

  Once you've discovered you have outgrown a person, do not be ashamed to reveal it. Minimizing who you really just to fit in with someone you know maturation hasn't matured, will do nothing for you internally.
